Indian Cultural Show

An important part of the rich cultural heritage of India are the clothing and the traditional dance forms. Clothing and dances in India vary depending on the different ethnicity and geography.

Today, we had the pleasure to learn this through an amazing show from our visitors from Sanskriti the Gurukul, Guwahati, who are with us this week as part of an enriching cultural exchange program. Thank you for showing us the diversities from the Indian culture in such an unique way!

Twenty-two teenagers and educators flew in, came to A-JIS, participated in activities travelled around Tokyo and will visit a local school for cultural exchange before heading off to Kyoto and finally back to home. Read more about the visit of our Indian counterparts.
