Discover Aoba-Japan International School and the Aoba Group!
Join us on Saturday, 4 October 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at our Hikarigaoka Campus for an opportunity to learn more about Aoba-Japan International School and other schools in the Aoba Group.
The event will begin with a welcome from Dr. Jake Madden, Head of Aoba Group Schools, followed by information sessions and program booths where you can meet Aoba’s Leadership team, Program Coordinators, Admissions staff, High school students and even our affiliated school team.
This is an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of how children develop their mindset, skills and knowledge through the education at Aoba, from the Kindergarten to the High School, and to learn about the pathways to university after graduating from our school and the broadening possibilities for their future.
Don’t miss this chance to explore our educational programs and ask your questions directly. Early registration is recommended, as spaces are limited.

Access: 15-minute walk from Hikarigaoka train station (Toei Oedo line). Car parking is not available.

- 10:00 Welcome from Dr. Jake Madden, Head of Aoba Group Schools
- 10:20-12:00 Join information sessions and visit booths to learn about our schools and programs (K-G12 : PYP/MYP/DP/GLD).
Aoba’s Leadership team, Program Coordinators, Admissions team and some high school students will be available to answer your questions.
