Aoba Winter Sports Camp 2025
An integral part of the school mission is to help students develop into leaders and wise risk takers. While this occurs in classes, of course, we believe it is equally important to create opportunities for students to do this outside of their classroom environments. These are an important way for young people to learn; Therefore, we make it a core part of our program by organizing outdoor educational trips every chance we get where students work together in a new environment.
This winter, experience the thrill and excitement of Aoba’s reopened snow sports program.
Based on the situation last winter, we decided to cancel Winter School at the end of the year due to the proximity of Christmas and set up only a sports camp during Mid Winter Break.
Grade 4 to Grade 10 students can join the Winter Sports Camp and take part in activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile riding, and snowshoe hiking.

For Grade 4 to Grade 10, 19-21 (Wed-Fri), February, 2025 (Three days two nights)
Details
- Echigo-Yuzawa Niigata Area: Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowshoe Hiking, Snowmobile Riding
- Two nights in a comfortable hotel
- Ski/Snowboard lessons in English by certified instructors
- Transportation from/to Hikarigaoka Station(Oedo Line)
- Six nutritious meals
- Night activities and learn about snow countries’ life with Aoba teachers at the hotel
- Travel insurance
- 45 students maximum
- ¥100,000/3 days
